Some two kilometers west of San Carlos City is the sacred grotto of our Lady of Lourdes. The grotto was discovered by Atty. Silverio Eusebio in a part of his farm and where he placed a small statue of the Blessed Mother. Later in the early part of 1970s, several incidents occurred which residents attributed to the Lady of Lourdes.
